After 3 years

Ga-Eul became a famous and popular movie star when Yi-Jeong finished his art study and came back to Korea. He contacted Jan-Di who is Ga-Eul’s best friend because he didn’t know how to contact Ga-eul. He really wanted to meet Ga-Eul. Jan-Di let Ga-Eul know about it but they could not meet as Ga-Eul has busy schedule to follow. It was really difficult situation to them. However, Yi-Jeong understood why she had to live so busy because she is really famous. They sometimes contacted each other through their mobile phones.

After 2 weeks they met at Jan-Di‘s birthday party.
Finally, Ga-Eul and Yi Jeong met each other there.

“Why didn’t you contact me for 3 years? why didn’t you say anything to me when you went abroad?” why, why?” she said sorrowfully…

”I just wanted to know who my soul mate was and who my favorite person was as I leave. Whom I really need” he said really slowly….

“So, did you find an answer?” she said it with no confidence.

“Yes, I found a certain answer. I really missed her for 3 years and I noticed I could even live for her and I really need her for me” he said it with certainty.

She couldn’t say anything because she was afraid to know who the girl Yijeong talked about was.

“I wonder why you became a movie star. You said that you wanted to be a kindergarten teacher to me, didn’t you?”

“Yes, I wanted to be a teacher but I just wanted to be famous to let the man I like know me and how I still can live without him. I am still waiting for him. I always miss him but I am okay. Don’t worry about me. I just want him to come back to me” she said it with drop of tear.

He didn’t tell anything because he knew who the man was.

Gaeul said, “That’s okay. You came back here and we met. You know I always miss you. I’ve visited your gallery few times when you were away and thought of you. ”

Jan-Di came to them.
“It’s my birthday party. Let’s dance and enjoy!”

Yijeong replied “Okay we will come in the hall and enjoy your party.”

Yi-Jeong met Jan-Di’s boyfriend who is Yi-Jeong’s best friend, Jun-Pyo.

“Hey, what did you do in those 3 years? I’ve heard you were so busy and that was why you couldn’t contact us. I wanted to announce my marriage when you were around.” Jun-Pyo said.

“Oh my God! Really? You mean you will marry Jan-Di?” Yi-Jeong said.

“Yea, man. Don’t be surprised yet. We will also leave Korea. I think I need to study more for the company of my family. But, you know, I can’t live without Jan-Di so I’ll go with her. It’s true. I mean I love her so much so that I can’t imagine myself being alone.”
Jun-Pyo said seriously.

“I know. I can understand you because I also learnt it as I wasted long time.” Said Yi-Jeong.

“so you mean, you finally you believe that there’s a soul-mate for you?” Jun-Pyo was surprised.

“Yes, I believe it. I think I found my soul-mate. She said that she has been waiting for me.” Yi- Jeong said.

On the other side, Ga-Eul and Jan-Di were talking together.

“I will marry Jun-Pyo and we will leave Korea” Jan-di said
“Really, is it good news for you?” Ga-Eul said.
“Yes, I am really happy with it. How about you? Yi-Jeong came back to you and I think he really wants you.” Jan-Di said

“Yes, He came back but he has found who his soul-mate is. I am scared to know who she is. ”Ga-Eul said with no confidence.

“Why? Why are you scared? I think the soul-mate he has found is you. Don’t worry buddy. I am quite certain about it” Jan-Di said
Ga-Eul just smiled but she was still worried about it.

Ga-Eul had not enough time because she went to Japan to film a movie.

“Sorry, I should go because I have schedules to follow.” She said sorrowfully

“Can I pick you up to the airport?” he said really desperately.

So Yi-Jeong drove her to the airport.
And while he was driving, he asked,
“Can we play game again about truth and dare?”

Yes, Can I ask first? She said hurriedly

Sure, I can know, what you’re asking is. He said smiley

Really? Then you answer it. Who is your soul-mate? I really want to know who she is. She hesitated.

Don’t worry. I think, I already gave you a hint. My soul-mate is …… he said…
But she interrupted him…

“Wait, wait. I haven’t prepared my heart. I’m really nervous. She said

“Are you okay? I said ‘Don’t worry.’” He said smiley.

She didn’t answer. She is waiting for his answer.

“Sorry, my lady. I didn’t know 3 years ago because you were always beside me. So I knew you were my close friend but when we didn’t meet for about 3 years I noticed that I need you, and I miss you. Finally, I believe and know you are my soul-mate. Thank you. You’ve been waiting for me. Now, I will make you happy.” He said with certainty.

“Thank you. You came back to me. I am really happy. Can we do everything together now?”
She said.
“Yes, we can do everything together. I noticed love is not one way.” He said…

They arrived to airport.

“I am waiting for you as you did… come back to me soon. I really love you Ga-Eul” Yi- Joeng said.

“Okay, I will return to you. Me too, I really love you Yi- Joeng” Ga-Eul said.
